What the module covers
- A rental fleet of its own
- The vehicles you hire out have their own list, with their rates, their kilometre allowance and their insurance and registration dates. They never show up in your sales inventory, and a car for sale cannot be booked out. Cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, personal watercraft, RVs, boats and trailers.
- The rental diary
- One diary shows what is out, what is due back and what is free. A double booking is refused, and a vehicle in for service is blocked off just like a rental.
- Daily, weekly and monthly rates
- Each vehicle has its own rate card, and the price is worked out from the dates, in 24-hour periods. Kilometres over the allowance and days late are added at return.
- Rental agreements
- A PDF agreement in the customer's language, built from the booking with your own terms. Print it, or have it e-signed, remotely or on a tablet at the counter.
- Condition and damage
- Odometer, fuel level, notes and walk-around photos recorded when the keys go out and when they come back. A mark already there at pick-up is not blamed on the customer, and new damage can become a charge.
- Invoices, extras and deposits
- Add extras from your own price list (GPS, child seat, additional driver, insurance) and the rental becomes an invoice. The deposit can be taken as a real payment, then refunded or applied to the charges at return.
- Rental requests from your website
- A visitor picks their dates and a vehicle. Their request holds nothing: you confirm or decline it, and they land in your CRM as a lead.
- Pick-up reminders
- The customer is reminded by email, SMS or both, at the lead times you choose before their pick-up.
- Fleet reports
- How busy each vehicle was, what the rentals brought in, what is overdue and what was damaged.
From reservation to return

Reserve
You add the rental to the diary, or confirm a request from your website. The vehicle is protected from double bookings.

Hand over the keys
The agreement is signed, and the odometer, fuel level and photos are recorded.

On return
The condition is recorded again and any damage is logged.

Invoice
The rental, extras, extra kilometres and late days become an invoice. The deposit is refunded or applied.
