AI that answers from your real data

DealerShark's AI is wired into your inventory, your leads and your quotes. It does not guess, it answers.

Website chat 11:04 pm
  1. What would the RAV4 cost me a month?
  2. The 2021 RAV4 XLE is $27,995. With nothing down over 60 months at 7.9%, that is about $566 a month. Want to book a test drive?
  3. Saturday morning works.
  4. Booked for Saturday at 10:00. What name and number should I put it under?

An example conversation

One night, start to finish

  1. 11pm, a buyer is browsing

They are looking at an SUV and wondering what it would cost a month.

  2. They ask the chatbot

Which answers with the real numbers for that specific vehicle.

  3. They leave their details

A lead is created, with the whole conversation attached. If they ask for a person, the chat hands over and alerts you.

  4. In the morning, Sales IQ surfaces it

At the top of the list of leads to call back today.

Where the AI works for you

Six assistants, each at a different point in the sale.

  • Website AI sales chat

Answers visitors around the clock from your real inventory - availability, equipment, estimated payment. It creates the lead on the first message, or adds to the one you already have, with the conversation attached.

    See the Dealer Website
  • SMS assistant

Answers texts sent to the dealership number, day and night. An unknown number becomes a lead. When someone on your team texts the customer, the assistant steps aside for 12 hours.

    See Communications
  • Sales IQ

Scores every open deal, then tells you what to do next and what might sink it. The score is calculated by the software, not guessed by the model.

    See CRM & Sales
  • Drafted follow-ups

Writes the email or text that moves a deal forward, using a price drop or a date as the reason to write. You then see which were sent as written, edited or ignored.

    See Communications
  • Sales coach and assistant

Ask in plain language: clients, leads, opportunities, the pipeline, contact history. The assistant can also hand you the answer as a spreadsheet.

    See CRM & Sales
  • Call summaries and transcripts

Every call transcribed, with who said what, then summarized automatically, with the follow-ups it generated.

Less typing, less digging

The jobs that used to take time every time a vehicle, a customer or a lead came in.

  • Photo VIN decoder

    A photo of the VIN

The vehicle, with its full specification

One photo is enough to create the vehicle: no VIN to type, no typo to find later.

  • Vehicle descriptions

    The real specification

A sales description, in both languages

The text is written from what the vehicle actually is, not from a generic template.

  • Driver's licence scanner

    A photo of the licence

    The client record, filled in

On client, contact and lead records, and on the financing application. You check it, then save.

  • Catch me up

A client with two years of history

A short summary of where things stand

On clients, leads, opportunities and conversations. It tells you when the record has changed since, and never regenerates by itself.

  • Write and rework

An empty field or a rough note

Text in the tone you want

Writes an empty field from the record's own details, or improves, shortens, fixes or translates what is there. Available on opportunities, messages and vehicle descriptions.

  • Translation

    The English record

    A French draft to edit

Fills the French fields from the English ones as editable drafts. Nothing already written is overwritten.

  • Lead contact details

A lead with only a name

Phone, email and website, each with its source

Looks up contact details on the web, for one lead or a batch. Every value needs a source and passes format checks, and nothing is applied until a person reviews it.

  • Audio transcription

    A recording

The text of what was said

Upload an audio file and get the transcript back. It stays private: only you and the AI administrators can see it.

Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your dealership

With the MCP server, connect Claude or ChatGPT straight to your dealership and ask questions of your real data in plain language. Nothing is offered until an administrator ticks it, and it is read-only by default.

Questions you could ask

  • Which vehicles have been in stock for more than 90 days?
  • Which leads have not been contacted this week?
  • How many vehicles did we sell last month?
  • Which quotes are still waiting for a signature?
  • Which trade evaluations came in this week?
  • Which financing applications are still open?

You stay in control

  • Your own key

Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account, or a self-hosted model. Each has its own key, model choice and test button.

  • Usage tracked

Every call is logged with its cost, by user, feature and model. Monthly caps per account and per user, and an alert if the provider runs out of credit.

  • Nothing changes your records

The assistants read: they have no tools to change or delete your data. Permissions are rechecked every time, so nobody sees a record they could not open themselves.

  • You choose what MCP offers

Nothing is available to an outside AI until an administrator ticks it. It is read-only by default, and every call runs under its key's own permissions.

  • A person takes over

The website chat and the SMS assistant hand the conversation to a person when it is worth a call, with the whole thread attached.

  • Always upfront

They never claim to be human, and anything an assistant wrote is marked AI-written in the thread.

We connect a few of your vehicles and you try it during the call.
