SMS assistant
Answers texts to the dealership number, day and night. An unknown number becomes a lead, and it steps aside for 12 hours when someone on your team texts the customer.
Hands over to a person
When a conversation is worth a call, the assistant stops, alerts the right person and attaches the whole thread.
Drafted follow-ups
Suggests the email or text that moves a deal forward, using a price drop or a date as the reason to write. You see which were sent as written, edited or ignored.
Write and rework
Assist on the message box improves, shortens, fixes or translates what you wrote. Anything an assistant wrote is marked AI-written in the thread.
